Refund and Exchange Policy

Unopened hair extensions can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery in the original packaging, and must not be damaged in any way. After the high quality hair extensions have been opened they no longer are eligible for return or exchange.

Additionally, we are not responsible for any stylist/ colorist damages. Any tampered hair is ineligible for return. 

After the hair extensions have been thoroughly inspected and confirmed that the hair extensions are unopened and untampered, a full refund excluding the original shipping cost will be refunded to your original payment method OR an exchange of equal or lesser value can be processed and organized through your contact email. 

Depending on our payment method returns may take between 7-10 business days.
